The core of the application is a payroll sub module, which organizes the process of employee profiling, salary and grade revisions. System also offers a complete support in managing the leaves and different nature as required by different countries statutory as well as corporate policies.

The solution comes bundled with workflow management and some of the ready to use administration work-flow such as leave request/approvals, advance request etc.

The inbuilt document library offers feature for electronic document repository pertaining to employee, making it a paper free office. The application also has inbuilt alert/e-mailer to keep tack on important events/date (useful for tracking employee passport, visa expiry dates etc.).

System is complete with reports which are used for provisioning employee indirect costs such as leave entitlements, leave travels and also gratuity. The solution also features auto emailing of the pay-slips to the employee and also access for the employee to their leave statements and pay slips. An employee intranet, area which also offers features for the employee to participate in the HR administration work-flow makes it a complete solution for managing the Human Resources in any organization.
