Job Summary
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Associate to join our Marketing & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:

The role will focus on aligning learning initiatives with business goals, product capabilities, and performance metrics (KPIs/KRAs).
Key Responsibilities:
    Learning Strategy & Framework
  • Design and implement an organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business and product goals.
  • Build structured learning pathways for technical, functional, and leadership roles.
  • Integrate L&D initiatives with the Performance Management System (PMS).
    Capability Building (Core Focus)
  • Identify skill gaps across engineering, product, operations, and support teams.
