JBM User central is the place where you will find all the resources you need for making the best use of JBM.   This project will be made live in the first quarter of the year 2025. JBM User central is a project initiated a few years ago.  This is expected to go live in the early 2025.


What are the objectives of JBM user central?

  • Provide a rich repository of the help documents
  • Training videos to hand hold the users while using JBM
  • Also direct communications from the JBM user servicing team on introduction of new features
  • Regular communication and newsletters
  • Opportunity to provide feedback on the user experience and thus contributing to the development of JBM
